Neha Goenka is a highly experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise across financial institutions and consulting. As Head of Fairman Consulting’s Hong Kong office, she leads client engagements across the APAC region, helping institutions navigate complex change initiatives, optimize operational models and strengthen governance frameworks.

She has previously worked with leading global institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, J.P. Morgan, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and Commerzbank AG. Neha brings deep knowledge in client lifecycle management, risk & compliance, and front-to-back process design, with a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic, cross-border environments.
