Pierre Lubin is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years of experience spanning trading, consulting, and entrepreneurship across Europe and Asia. As Founder and CEO of Fairman Consulting, he leads strategic engagements with global financial institutions, supporting clients in large-scale transformation initiatives, cross-entity integration, and regional operating model design.
He began his career as a fixed income trader before moving into consulting, where he specialized in advising banks and financial institutions on organizational change, regulatory adaptation, and cross-border strategy execution. Over the course of his career, Pierre has worked in Paris, London, and Hong Kong, giving him deep exposure to global financial markets and diverse regulatory environments.
An entrepreneur at heart, he has also founded and incubated RegTech concepts focused on KYC, KYS, and secure data-sharing frameworks, reflecting his passion for innovation and the future of compliance and client lifecycle management.
